Experience
Working at Ober Mountain, after being hired through Orange Hospitality, was an internship experience that made a real impact on my development.
Rotating between retail, cashier duties, and customer service allowed me to strengthen my communication skills, learn how to stay calm under pressure, and understand what it means to provide a meaningful guest experience.
The professionalism and adaptability I gained there later helped me succeed in government internships, academic roles, and leadership opportunities.
Even though it wasn’t my first job, it was a unique environment that pushed me to grow in ways I hadn’t expected.
The professionalism and adaptability I gained there later helped me succeed in government internships, academic roles, and leadership opportunities. Now, as I continue my Master of Management and Legal Affairs, I can clearly see how that internship contributed to my confidence, discipline, and the way I navigate professional spaces today.
