Enjoy Cooking With Us began as a printed cookbook, published in December 2024 as a tribute to the cultural exchange community. It celebrates the diverse culinary traditions of our J-1 students, each recipe introduced by our talented culinary interns and chefs. Now available online, this project continues to serve as a bridge between cultures, sharing flavors, stories, and experiences. We hope it will inspire and connect people far beyond our kitchens.
